Indexing Conveyor

is a part of the food processing line, the flexible design and cost-efficient make it widely used in the non-food industries as well.

#Bowl type indexing conveyor#

According to the demand of the market, our company developed another indexing conveyor, the bowl type conveyor that is easier to clean (Fast and easy to take off the bowl to clean, please check the demonstration above) and sanitary than traditional bucket elevators, resulting in lower cost of ownership and reduce downtime.

The blow type indexing conveyor is customizable to desired heights and there are 2L, 4L and 6L bowls for different capacities.

The Bowl-Type Elevator uses chain drive to fix the bowl on the chain, so that separated or weighed materials can be put into a single container, which is not easy to mix. Material can be heated or cooled during transport for packing. Packing machine or manual packing can be used, mainly for frozen food or materials with high temperature such as frozen meat, frozen dumplings, seeds, hardware, crops, pharmaceuticals, chemical products. Move the foods such as potato chips, peanuts, candies, dried fruits, frozen foods, granular or bulk products, straight from the bottom to where you need it. For workshops with limited height, combination weigher and packing machine arranged separately.

Product Charateristic:

1. Perfectly continuously &intermittently transported & equipped with other feeding equipment.

2. With bowls molded and welded by food grade material of PP ABS, SS 304#, easy to be dismantle and cleaned.

3. With two feeding (need to adjust timing sequence of the switch), conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

4. Even when the bowl is tilted, it can be kept level and the product will not overflow.

5. Small space needed and easy to move.
