Vertical capsule polishers have become an economical way to efficiently polish, and convey pharmaceutical, vitamin and nutraceutical capsules utilizing a very small footprint.

The KCP15 series vertical capsule polisher efficiently removes excess dust and polishes capsules while gently conveying upward. For ease of handling, the Kraemer capsule polisher now includes a Lock, Ceia, or Safeline metal detector.

The all stainless steel dust tight construction with Tri-clamp inlet and outlet, cGMP design and disassembly with no tools allow for extremely easy cleaning in full compliance with FDA standards.

Speed is continuously adjustable with a simple dial. The spiral brush is designed specifically for capsule polishing, and the perforated housing allows for efficient dust extraction.

Available in four heights, 800, 1000, 1600, and 2000 millimeter to suit every application.

Optional empty capsule sorter and diverter to allow for discharge to two capsule collection containers can be supplied.
